Description

The 10ft green full sticker square food trailer features a compact van design with a bright green anti-corrosion panel as the main body. The bottom is equipped with foldable metal support legs for parking and anti-slip, as well as a single wheel set suitable for towing small family cars. It is fully equipped with taillights and brake lights and meets road driving safety standards.

Key Features

1.Strong Brand Visual Identity

  • Full vehicle body decals integrate the brand name, core products (Mexican drinks, shaved ice), menu, and contact information, transforming it into a “mobile billboard” without additional decoration, attracting passersby’s attention.
  • The green main color scheme paired with refreshing illustrations (fruits, drink cups) conveys a “refreshing and healthy” product image, perfectly matching the summer beverage/shaved ice consumption scenario.

2.Flexible Mobility and Rapid Deployment

  • The 10-foot short body design is compatible with SUVs, pickup trucks, and other small vehicles, allowing for easy movement on city roads and country lanes.
  • The combination of support legs and wheels allows for a “drive-park-deploy” process within 10 minutes, ideal for a “set up and sell” mobile business model.

3.Durability and Easy Maintenance

  • The green material is UV-resistant and corrosion-resistant, resisting fading even after long-term outdoor use; the aluminum alloy frame is impact-resistant, easily handling minor collisions.
  • The decals are made of waterproof and sun-resistant material, resisting peeling; cleaning is as simple as wiping with a damp cloth, resulting in low maintenance costs.

4.Efficient Operational Flow

  • The interior features a U-shaped stainless steel workbench design, ensuring a smooth flow of washing, cutting, cooking, and storage, minimizing staff movement;
  • The service window is directly connected to the internal workbench, enabling fast food preparation and reducing customer wait times.

Internal Equipment

1. Core Operating Equipment

  • Stainless Steel U-Shaped Workbench: With waterproof edges and a smooth, easy-to-clean surface, suitable for beverage preparation (e.g., stirring, pouring) and shaved ice operations;
  • Double-Sink Stainless Steel Sink: Equipped with a hot and cold water mixing faucet to meet the needs of washing cups, washing fruit, and cleaning tools. A drain pipe interface is provided under the sink;
  • Premium Commercial Refrigerated Display Case: Made of stainless steel, with double doors (labeled “Premium Commercial Refrigerated Display Case” visible in the picture), used to store fresh fruit, pre-mixed beverages, ice cream, and other ingredients, maintaining low temperatures to preserve freshness;
  • Wall-Mounted Air Conditioner: Top-mounted, quickly regulates the internal temperature (maintaining 20-25℃ in summer to prevent ingredient spoilage and heatstroke for operators).

2. Auxiliary Equipment

  • Wooden Storage Shelves: Multi-tiered wooden shelves are installed on the left wall (unopened shelves are visible in the picture) for storing consumables such as cups, straws, and tissues, making them easily accessible.
  • LED Lighting System: A long LED strip light is installed at the top, with a brightness of ≥600 lux, meeting the needs of nighttime operation.
  • Power System: Equipped with a mains power interface and backup batteries, supporting the operation of equipment such as blenders, ice crushers, and refrigerators.
  • Trash Cans: Concealed design to prevent odor spread and maintain internal cleanliness.

3. Branding and Marketing Equipment

  • Menu Display Board: A fixed printed menu is placed below the window, clearly indicating product names and prices, reducing communication costs.
  • QR Code Standee: A QR code is placed inside or at the window to guide customers to follow the brand’s social media, increasing repeat purchase rates.

Application Areas

1.Street Vending

  • Urban shopping districts, pedestrian streets, and night markets: Targeting young people, selling Mexican fresh drinks (such as mango and lime-flavored Aguas Frescas) and colorful shaved ice (Raspados), using visually striking stickers to attract passersby;
  • School/Office Building Surroundings: Providing “quick pick-up” services (such as iced drinks + snack combos) for students and office workers’ afternoon tea needs.

2.Event On-Site Services

  • Music Festivals, Food Markets, and Sporting Events: Serving as “mobile refreshment stations,” providing refreshing drinks and shaved ice to complement the event atmosphere (such as a “cool corner” at a music festival);
  • Community Festivals (such as carnivals and summer festivals): Customized themed stickers (such as limited-edition festival shaved ice flavors) to enhance interactivity.

3.Scenic Spots/Parks

  • Theme Parks, Beaches, Campsites: Set up in visitor rest areas, selling “photo-op drinks” (such as shaved ice cups with the scenic spot’s logo), becoming photo props for tourists;
  • Country Parks: Targeting families, offering “family-friendly shaved ice” (such as double-scoop cups) with fruit slices to enhance the experience.

4.Food and Beverage Startups

  • Low-Cost Startups: No need to rent a storefront; use a trailer to create a “mobile shop,” suitable for young people starting their first business (such as college students and part-time entrepreneurs);
  • Brand Testing: Use the trailer to test product demand in different areas (e.g., selling mango shaved ice in area A and strawberry shaved ice in area B) before deciding whether to open a physical store.

5.Brand Pop-Up Events

  • Shopping Mall Atriums, Brand Launch Events: Serving as “pop-up shops,” combined with the brand theme (such as Mexican Culture Week), offering limited-edition drinks to increase brand exposure;
  • Cross-Industry Collaborations: Collaborating with milk tea shops and ice cream shops, using the trailer to sell “co-branded shaved ice” to attract fans of both brands.
